Our school adopts the Montessori education which follows the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) guidelines. The AMI was founded in 1929 by Dr. Maria Montessori to maintain the integrity of her life’s work, and to ensure that it would continue after her death. We offer an authentic Montessori program for those who are seeking child-centered education. We stress the importance of respecting the child’s personality and integrity as an individual, supporting the child in developing his own will, and allowing him to work independently and make his own choices.

Job Description
Assist the toddler class teacher as below. After 6 months of hands-on training, the candidate will be assigned to a new class as a class teacher for 10 to 12 children, with an assistant to assist you.
- Provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children’s growth, exploration, and participation.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment for children.
- Coordinate with other teachers to develop lesson plans for children to develop their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual skills.
- Observe the child and interpret the child’s needs.
- Coordinate regular communication with parents regarding their children’s progress.
- Supervise and manage children both inside and outside the classroom.
- Monitor and track children's progress on regular basis.
